Custom Projects

Every D.gree system begins with collaboration — a shared design journey between our engineers, technicians, and your vessel.

From the first concept presentation to the final installation, each phase is guided by professionals who understand both the science of data and the art of yachting. Our certified field technicians operate directly within shipyards, reaching your yacht wherever it is built or refitted.
Working in close synergy with our Naval Engineering Division, they ensure that every integration — electrical, digital, or structural — embodies the precision, safety, and reliability that define D.gree.

Once the system is deployed, our Remote Intelligence team takes over, maintaining a live connection for continuous support, calibration, and optimization. With operational hubs strategically positioned across Italy and Europe, all activities remain centrally orchestrated from Italy — ensuring responsiveness, data integrity, and uncompromising quality.

To design with D.gree is to enter a partnership where technology and craftsmanship converge — transforming information into insight, and insight into measurable excellence at sea.

Born from the sea. Shaped by its challenges. Perfected by human hands.

Benetti FB 287

A living testament to what happens when innovation meets tradition, Benetti FB287 marks a milestone in yacht intelligence and performance verification.
Onboard, the D.gree platform acts as the vessel’s digital consciousness — connecting propulsion, navigation, comfort, and energy systems through a unified data layer.

Every signal, from operational parameters to environmental conditions, becomes part of a self-learning architecture capable of understanding, anticipating, and optimizing vessel behavior in real time.

Developed in collaboration with Benetti’s engineering team, the project demonstrates how data, design, and AI can merge seamlessly into a new form of craftsmanship — one that enhances efficiency, comfort, and safety while preserving the elegance of the Benetti tradition.

FB287 is not simply monitored; it is understood — evolving dynamically with every voyage.

Almax: SL 171 San Lorenzo 50m

A milestone in sustainable innovation, Sanlorenzo ALMAX (SL 171 / 50M) stands as the first Italian yacht equipped with methanol fuel cells to supply clean electrical power to its hotel services — marking a decisive step toward low-emission yachting. Across two seasons and more than 4,000 nautical miles of navigation — including extensive charter operations — ALMAX has demonstrated that sustainability and high performance can coexist without compromise.

At its core, the yacht features a D.gree ULTRA configuration — conceived three years ago as a deterministic, high-integration platform connecting over 800 data tags across navigation, propulsion, HVAC, and energy systems. Developed prior to the introduction of the High-Frequency (HF) and NVIDIA GPU modules, this configuration nonetheless delivers exceptional computational capability, ensuring synchronized, real-time monitoring and data orchestration across every onboard subsystem.

The installation integrates navigation instruments, a multi-compressor and multi-loop HVAC system by Italian Thermodinamica, Siemens Battery Management and Power Management Systems, MAN combustion propulsion engines, auxiliary electric propulsion / shaft generators, and multiple 100 kW diesel generators — all unified within a single D.gree environment.

The architecture also interfaces with the Copernicus satellite constellation, enriching the data framework with environmental and positional intelligence for enhanced voyage analysis. After two years at sea, the system continues to operate flawlessly — with no maintenance or warranty interventions required, confirming the robustness and stability of the D.gree architecture under real-world conditions.

SPECS & BENEFITS
  • Sustainable Energy System: First Italian yacht equipped with methanol fuel cells for hotel loads — reducing emissions and increasing overall energy efficiency.

  • Integrated Architecture: D.gree ULTRA platform interconnecting propulsion, power management, HVAC, navigation, and auxiliary systems into a unified data environment.

  • Deterministic Edge Computing: High-reliability logic layer ensuring continuous data synchronization and predictive analytics across all onboard systems.

  • Data Ecosystem: More than 800 data tags integrated across Siemens subsystems, MAN propulsion engines, and Thermodinamica HVAC networks.

  • Satellite Integration: Connection with the Copernicus constellation providing real-time geospatial awareness and environmental intelligence.

  • Operational Record: Over 4,000 nautical miles under mixed navigation and charter conditions — confirming long-term system stability and endurance at sea.

  • Result: Proven efficiency, reduced emissions, and intelligent energy control — a tangible demonstration of D.gree’s capacity to drive sustainable innovation across the maritime sector.

Benetti BO 123 Kea X (Oasis 40M)

A symbol of harmony between innovation, elegance, and awareness, Benetti BO 123 — Kea X (Oasis 40M) represents a new generation of intelligent yachts. Delivered in 2025, this 40.8-meter vessel reflects Benetti’s engineering excellence — where comfort, energy intelligence, and digital precision merge in silence and balance.

At its core, a D.gree PRO configuration serves as the vessel’s analytical engine, managing more than 750 data tags across propulsion, navigation, HVAC, and auxiliary systems. Equipped with custom energy metering for all high-consumption areas — from HVAC to galley and pool — it enables long-term measurement, optimization, and predictive control of onboard energy usage.

Designed prior to the introduction of the High-Frequency (HF) and NVIDIA GPU modules, the system relies entirely on D.gree’s deterministic edge framework, ensuring precise, real-time insight without unnecessary complexity.

Built for endurance and reliability, it delivers consistent analytical performance while remaining invisible in operation — a silent partner in every voyage. As described by the Captain, “D.gree works like an angel — always present, never intrusive, a silent system that supports without being asked.”

It reduces repetitive seasonal tasks and operates as an additional crew member — one fully devoted to awareness, optimization, and performance.

In Kea X, intelligence is not displayed but felt — through the vessel’s balance, comfort, and seamless orchestration of every onboard function. It stands as a testament to what happens when human craftsmanship and digital intelligence converge to create measurable excellence at sea.
